In 2022 a lot of companies have started their jour
ney to cloud. Many companies are now somewhere in the middle of their digital transformation, adding to their well-established competencies.
Among these companies a pattern emerged: They see a growing need to solve a specific set of challenges within their cloud platforms. Across modernized and new cloud-native workloads, they need to better understand the end-user experience, improve their incident analysis capability and obtain granular insights into productive workload behavior. To answer those growing needs, it becomes apparent that another step in the cloud journey is due. This step is enhancing existing cloud foundations, and the internal platforms created on top of them, with a strong observability capability.
