Based on the book by Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais, „Team Topologies: Organizing Business and Technology Teams for Fast Flow“, this workshop helps attendees understand different types of cognitive load, how they apply to different types of teams, and what they can do to reduce distracting types of cognitive load. Attendees will leave the workshop with examples and exercise-based experience on how to assess, manage, and reduce team cognitive load over time.
